The first point is self-explanatory and is the lifeblood of every forum. Without people commenting, there is no community. It is as simple as that. It is the most important thing you can do.
RavishU, or the Ravishment University, was taken down by its host on February 11 2025 for hosting illegal content . The host sent a 24 hour termination notice and once that time was up, RavishU was deleted from the server that had hosted it.
This forum, the Ravishment Academy, is a spiritual successor to RavishU. @Vela Nanashi was an admin on RavishU, I myself was a moderator there in its final days. Vela and I tried to make some changes to...

Today around 19:20 CEST @Vela Nanashi and I tried to install a modified extension on the forum that caused a bug that did not show up on our testforum earlier. That bug essentially blew up the entire forum. We fixed it by using a roughly 10 minute old backup of the forum. Sadly, I accidentally caused the same bug to occur again about an hour later. Now that backup is no longer 10 minutes but an hour out of date.
Over the course of the last week, you might have noticed a few small changes on the forum. None of them are game changers, but quality of life improvements to make navigating the Academy easier. Let's go through them.

The forum is doing extremely well in many metrics: Daily Visitors, Bandwidth Use, Findability via Search Engines, Daily New Users. But sadly, it shows essentially 0 progress in the most important metric of all: users commenting...
I told myself that I would evaluate whether this forum is worth running after three months. After one month, I sadly have to say: Currently, it is headed for closure because of the utter lack of engagement from the vast majority of users.
