Minor Rule Change

Regarding linking other websites. The old rule I put in place included:

The website cannot have any of the following content that is forbidden by our hosting service:

I then listed all the forbidden content.

After a discussion with the moderation team, we determined the inclusion of our hosts forbidden content in the rule wasn't necessary. The rule now is:

Advertising or Linking Other Websites
It is acceptable to advertise another website in a single thread or your signature. It is a plus if you are able to get the other website to link us, but it is not required.

Obviously click on external links at your own discretion and let us know if any link posted contains something blatantly malicious or spam.

To be specific this is allowed by authors, artists and such to link to their own things, even shops, but not for irrelevant sites to be linked by spammers, we still ban spammers
