This is something I didn't want to ever have to do, but the time has come to admit my limitations and my mistakes. The forum is going to close in November. Here's the main reasons why:
1) While writing is a tool I use to help with my mental health, it is not the only tool I use. At this point keeping the forum alive for the sake of my mental health will end up causing more problems than relieving them. I'm also going to teach at a much larger...
Hi all. I meant to include ways of staying in touch in my last announcement post, but forgot about it due to the craziness of real life.
I'm sure at some point down the road someone will try and revive this type of forum. Or maybe some other story websites exist that I or someone else doesn't know about. Either way, the biggest gripe I had about The Black Van shutting down was how the admin team told us then immediately disabled the website to...
Due to the forum closure and my upcoming busy schedule I have decided to not run contests or community contests. If anyone else wants to run a contest, you are of course free to do so until the forum ends on November 9th.
Our forum is a place for stories written by humans for humans, as they tend to spark the kind of meaningful dialog between authors and readers that we value. While AI can be a useful tool during the creative process, we want the author of a story to be the person posting it, not the software they used.
AI can be used for tasks such as research, translation, brainstorming, and proofreading. However, we do not want the forum to be...
Posting a story on here has a bit of a learning curve to it, so don't feel bad if you need to refer back to this thread multiple times. I had to double check plenty of times when I was new here.

Aren't therapists supposed to alleviate your terrors, not make them worse? Someone didn't get the memo on that. One trip to this doctor's couch leaves our poor protagonist rejecting her own sanity.
Within the tent, a young woman lay bound to a camping bed, her eyes wide with terror. She was gagged, unable to scream for help. Her wrists were tied tightly with a coarse rope that dug into her skin, and her ankles were secured with the same cruel knots. The heat of the day was stifling, and beads of sweat trickled down her face, mingling with the tears that had yet to dry.

TEASER : The theatre inside was nondescript - if you've seen one X-rated movie house, you've seen them all. The place was fairly full, more men than women, plenty of hands in laps but nothing that looked like an obvious violation.

Oh, fuck, he grunted, his body tensing as he drove deep into her. June lay beneath him, her wrists locked tightly together behind her back, arching to escape the fullness of his invasion. Despite her efforts to remain silent, a whimper of pain and disgust slipped from her trembling lips.

Like I told Claire, I've been writing in an uncensored environment for the last two months. I'm not really sure I can ever get back to censored writing, for it is very different; even 18+ characters have memories, flashbacks, etc. But then, I still have some stories lingering in the derelict pages of TheBlackVan, such as this one...

One of the black men took my mouth. The only thing I could see was his burly black physique. I couldn’t see the others, but I certainly felt them. My ass screamed in pain as a cock entered it, my pussy screamed shortly after. My breasts were slapped, beaten, licked, bit, and sprayed with cum from a cock not inside me. Every thrust was painful. The cock in my mouth came first and I felt like I was choking to death. I tried to spit it out, but the...
