Many of the stories posted here were posted on RavishU before since most of the authors currently active here were members of that forum. If you are an author yourself and have lost a story when the forum went down because you had no backup of it on your devices, we might be able to help you recover that. But we can not just publish other authors' stories on their behalf since we simply don't hold the rights to these stories.
