Africa
Lena Jorgenson was utterly miserable. She was thirsty, dirty and sweaty, the sun had been fully on her head for the last 2 hours she was getting dizzy and saw bright spots before her eyes. The medical training she had received before embarking on her mission trip to Africa told her those was the early signs of beginning sunstroke. “Well that’s something I wouldn’t have to worry about home in Stockholm” the young blonde thought. For a moment she tried to remember how she had gotten in her current predicament. And her mind returned to the events of the early morning…
Lena stepped out of her sleeping quarters and was greeted by a breathtaking view of the sun rising from behind the mountain range in the hinterland. Bathing the little settlement in a magical orange glow, it wasn’t much, just a couple of Quonset huts and the large building containing the chapel and the mission hospital. Lena had arrived only a week ago fresh from Sweden, she was going to spend one year as a nurse in the missionary hospital. The deal was that if she worked for one year here in Africa, the foundation that financed the mission hospital would pay for her medical studies. Stipulating that she would serve another year as a doctor after her graduation.
Lena had taken the opportunity, this was a dream come true. She was going to be a full year away, from cold Sweden; she would gain some firsthand medical training, and could become a doctor without having to worry about where the money should come from. So here she was at sunrise in the middle of nowhere and enjoyed the beauty of the scenery. She was dressed in what she called her lugging clothes. Since she was the newest arrival Father George and Sister Agatha didn’t let her close to the few patients yet, but there were a lot of supplies and equipment that needed to be carried to and from the hospital. So she wore khaki shorts, a blue t shirt and her green uniform blouse, to keep dirt away, heavy hiking boots completed her outfit.
Lena walked over the courtyard towards the kitchen and opened the door, most likely Sister Agatha would be already there and chide her for being late, but she was all bark and no bite. The old nun just loved to banter with the young woman. As soon as she opened the door a few things happened at the same time. Right away she saw that Sister Agatha was indeed in the kitchen, but she didn’t stand at the stove rattling with her pots, instead she was lying in a crumpled heap on the floor. Second the cheerful “Good morning” Lena had started didn’t make it past the first word and a scream of surprise escaped her. The last thing that happened at the same time was perhaps the most terrifying. Lena heard a metallic sound, and something hard and cold poked in the back of her neck.
Lena tried to turn around, but a very deep and heavy accented voice said “Don’t move girl, at least not if you care for your life.”
At this moment Lena found out that it is very much possible to become completely paralyzed by fear.
After what felt like an eternity, she got herself under control and asked “Who are you? What happened to Sister Agatha and Father George, is he ok?”
The man with the deep voice answered “I’m Captain Ogombo from the Kenshasi Liberation Army. And we are here to replenish our medical supplies, your Father George is showing my soldiers to the supply shed, and if he behaves smarter than that old hag over there, he should be fine. But that bitch had started to argue the moment she noticed us, a tap to her head with my rifle cured her of that notion. Last time I checked her she was still breathing, so I assume she will only have some headache.”
Lena was relieved and terrified at the same time, relieved that Father George and Sister Agatha were alive, terrified by the thought that the KLA was going to steal all their medical supplies. They had received the monthly shipment only yesterday and Lena had spent hours carrying the lot into the supply shed. Her information packet had contained a short paragraph on the KLA, a rebel organization trying to secede from the nation. As they weren’t particularly many, only a couple of hundred rebels, the thread level was considered low.
Right now Lena thought a single one of them is posing already a significant thread, so much for the information packet.
“Turn around, I want to take a closer look at you” Ogomobo’s voice interrupted her thoughts.
Feeling it might not be to her advantage to disobey, she slowly turned around. Ogombo was one of the biggest men she had ever seen, he was easily over 6 feet tall, very broad shouldered and powerful arms. His skin was of a particular dark shade of black, he wore some kind of camouflage pattern uniform. In his hands he held on of those automatic rifles she had seen in the movies and on TV, an AK whatever she thought it was called.
She couldn’t see much of his face, he wore dark sunglasses, hiding most of his face, and his wolfish grin exposed 2 rows of surprisingly white teeth, making an ever stronger impression in contrast to his dark skin. At the same time he took in her appearance and she didn’t have to be a mind reader to interpret his grin.
Lena was tall for a woman almost 5’ 7”, had slender shapely legs, a slim figure, showed off by her tight-fitting t-shirt. Her breasts weren’t that large, but fit well to her general proportion, but the main prize would be for this guy her long wheat blond hair and still fairly pale Scandinavian skin tone. It most likely didn’t get any more exotic for somebody from Central Africa.
The door opened again, and two more additional soldiers stepped in, they were similarly dressed to Ogombo, but while they were also tall they didn’t quite reach his towering physique. Both saluted and one of them reported “Sir, we have all the supplies loaded onto the truck. The priest got a bit problematic when we tried to take the morphine, but a tap to the head cooled him off.”
With a glance to the lifeless Sister Agatha on the floor he commented “but headaches seem to be a common ailment around here. Who is the pretty bird?”
Ogombo replied “Very good Sergeant, as for our little girl her I don’t know who she is, we haven’t been introduced yet. What is your name?”
Lena tried to answer calmer than she actually felt “My name is Lena Jorgensen, I’m here to work in the hospital and the mission.”
“Sergeant, I’m sure your large pockets contain something to tie this one up. If she is looking for a missionary position, I’m sure we can help her out, she comes with us.”
Lena blanched and tried to run for the door, but the third man had already blocked that route escape. Ogombo raised his rifle aiming straight at her head and all the fight left her. The soldier Ogombo had addressed as Sergeant rummaged in his pockets until he found a piece of rope, which he used then to tie her hands in front of her.
The three made her walking out of the door onto the courtyard and towards the supply shack, where an old battered truck. There wasn’t any kind of cargo compartment only the loading area and some kind of wooden scaffolding around it.
Ogombo said “Mahele put her on the back of the truck and tie her to a rafter.”
“Wouldn’t it be nicer if we had her in the cabin” the third man, apparently Mahele asked.
“It would be certainly nicer, but the cabin only takes three, whom would you like to have riding outside in the heat were going to have today? And before you answer, please remember both I and Sergeant Peroni outrank you.”
This ended the discussion immediately. Mahele grabbed Lena’s arm and pushed her towards the back of the truck. He helped her to climb onto the back, while making sure to boost her up by her ass. He soon followed and made her raise her bound hands. After a quick search he found another length of rope and looped it a couple of times around one of the overhead beams, and then tied that rope to the one binding her wrists. After being sure that his knots were tight, he jumped of the back and returned to the driver’s cabin, leaving Lena half standing half hanging by her wrists.
She heard the asthmatic roar of the starting engine and the truck rumbled to life. The trip was one of the most horrifying experiences Lena had in her 21 years. The roads were bad and dusty, half the time the whole truck seemed to be swallowed by clouds of dust, so that she had trouble breathing. The shaking of the truck made it impossible not to be thrown from one side to the other, so she was swinging by her arms a lot, which made her shoulder hurt badly. And as Ogombo had prophesied it was one hell of a hot day.
After what have felt like days, but couldn’t have been more than 6 hours of travel, Lena felt utterly miserable. But the truck slowed down and came to a halt, and after the perpetual dust had cleared away Lena could see they had reached some kind of camp.

@Shocker
Even though the first part doesn't contain any sex, it already gives a hint of what might be coming. I'm excited for the sequel. Please don't make us wait three days for the sequel.

Re: Africa
It is a nice setup chapter. The title feels a bit generic though.
That was a nice way to communicate her disinterest in fire arms.
Ha! That would be so me.

I guess the missing word here was rope? I know you don't care much for spelling mistakes, but this missing word felt worth pointing out because it has some significance for the plot.Shocker wrote: Sun Apr 27, 2025 3:05 am The soldier Ogombo had addressed as Sergeant rummaged in his pockets until he found a piece of rope, which he used then to tie her hands in front of her.

Re: Africa
Thank you, I fixed that. On the gun, I had thought it’s enough that she recognizes the general shape as something she has seen on TV, but never felt relevant for her life.Claire wrote: Sun Apr 27, 2025 11:46 am It is a nice setup chapter. The title feels a bit generic though.
