I wouldn't exactly say that comedy was my goal, but it wasn't not my goal, and I do find it amusing. It's just a darker, more complicated kind of humor--not surprising around here, I suppose.

It does have an almost flash-fiction feel. That is the only way it would work for the style--much longer and I think it would have gotten old.
It is what it was meant to be.
Hopefully I'll finish one of my longer stories soon, then you can be annoyed by how it drags on.
