The Academy - mass RP rules & reference

Back on RC, we set up a mass collaboration RP thread set in a club called "The Rape Cage" where people could create scenarios and interact somewhat.

I'm going to start a thread here on the RP board to do the same, set in an establishment called "The Academy" where all the perverted and evil dreams can be played out on willing or unwilling victims.

Obviously, server rules apply for what content can be included, the following is some housekeeping stuff to avoid treading on each others' toes metaphorically and make sure things feel halfway coordinated and coherent.

1. Anyone is welcome to participate at any time, but please wait for at least two other people to post before you make a follow-up.

2. Everyone participating gets to designate one character as their Player Character, and they have control over what they do or get done to them. If you want to do something to someone's PC, you should coordinate with them privately before posting into the main thread. You don't have to name your PC after yourself, but it may help your immersion/involvement. Also, if you choose not to, please post in this thread which character is your PC, so people have some indication.

3. Players can create new rooms and locations within the grounds of The Academy or the City in their posts. Descriptions of the room's size, shape, and decor should be provided, and similar information for other types of location. Add a post on this thread for other players' reference with any information that the creator wants to be canon and kept unchanged in future scenes and actions in the room. (These will be things that are restored to true at the end of the post/sequence.)

4. Players can also create ongoing non-player characters (NPCs) to be victims within the Academy, patrons of the Academy, or outsiders who may have some connection to it. NPCs are fair game for anyone to use in scenes, as long as they pay attention to the original description and personality set up for them by their creator. When you create a NPC, post a reference post in this thread describing any details (appearance, role, personality) that shouldn't be messed with, and any limits they want observed when people include the NPC in their scenes. Anything not pinned down in this way is fair game for someone else to decide or change through their characters' actions in the story. NPCs with no details posted here are considered to be "Extras" and can be recycled, reused and redefined as required.

5. The Academy is equipped with all manner of toys, tools and furniture for bondage, torture, fucking and related actions. Whatever you want your character to have available to use/have used on them will be there, even if someone else is using a similar item in a different scene elsewhere in the Academy.

6. The general rule is that at the end of your post/scene, any NPC that was used in that scene is available to be used in a different scene immediately afterwards. However, players can and should indicate at the end of their post if they want the NPC(s) to remain in place (bondage/servitude) ready for their next post - though others might interact with the NPC in that bondage in between, as long as they leave them as they found them.

7. Be respectful of other people's contributions, have fun, let others have fun. Let your freak flags fly!

The Maidservant (NPC)

The essential details for The Maidservant are that she is short and slender in build, has long blonde hair. It is usually plaited into pigtails but that can be played with. She is in her late 30s, is not known by any other name, and she is a willing member of the club with "harlot" status (meaning she is a submissive/slave by choice). She has blue eyes, and has to remain either outside the main entrance, or just inside, so she can keep a record of who is in the Academy.

The only limit you need to observe in addition to the board limits is that she must not be blindfolded.

The Hedge Maze (Location)

The hedge maze is a part of the garden area of the Academy grounds. Seen from above, it is a large square with thick, impenetrable shrubs marking out a complex maze. At the centre of the maze there is a circular area equipped with a pillory, stocks, a St Andrew's cross and a bondage horse. There is also a trapdoor leading to tunnels under the grounds, which might allow other items to be provided or set up there. There are other, smaller, "chambers" in the maze with bondage posts, and the possibility of other traps and embellishments laid out temporarily for the amusement of pursuers hunting their prey through the passages.

The maze is sufficiently complicated that it would take most people a very long time to learn all its twists and turns. Patrons of the club (that is, the ones who go there to use and abuse the harlots and property) can obtain a map for their own use if they want, but they might prefer to use their superior hunting skills.
