Our Last Hurrah - A Final Contest?

By this point, everybody has probably read @RapeU's announcement that the forum will close in November. And while the original plan was to keep the regular contests running until the end, that has turned out to be not viable. Interest was waning even before the announcement and has gone down even further since.

So instead of having a series of contests, I wanted to ask everyone if they'd be interested to have one final one? A last hurrah before the Academy goes gentle into that good night.

My idea would be a final contest with a lot of time to write, no limitations on the length of the story, and a vaguely ending themed prompt like "Time to say goodbye", "All good things must come to an end" or something along those lines. But feel free to suggest themes yourself! Nothing is decided!

I'd like to use this topic to get an idea how much interest there is in a contest like that, who would likely write a story for that, who would read, comment and vote. I'd be willing to organize the contest and I would read and comment on all entries (unless somebody decides to enter an extremely long story). I can't say yet if I would contribute a story myself, but I would definitely support those who do.

I would like to enter one if the topic/theme is not blocking me from being able to do it or life does. I would try to read and comment and vote too, but I have limits in available energy.

I can write, read, and vote (not for me but for the others). More than that, I cannot do. But whatever we do, let's go out with a big bang, no theory to it, just a massive explosion of erotica, filled with violence, rape, mayhem, and a bit of love we can work in.

Okay, it's been a week now. So far, 6 people seem to be interested in submitting a story, and a few more say they are willing to comment and votee. So I'll give it a go.

I don't think anybody suggested a theme/prompt for the contest, so I'll go with my original idea to come up with a ending themed prompt. I'll create a contest thread soon. Let's make this final contest a special one.
