“Keep still and be quiet!” a raspy mans voice screamed at her. In response she shrieked even louder and started kicking. With the flashlight on the floor she could only see vague shapes but she managed to land a hit.

“Argh. Godammit you fucking bitch!”

Faithless

„Fuck!“
Melanie angrily kicked the empty jerry can before she took a last look around the tool shed. With her house being located quite a bit outside of town and a generally weak power grid she had become used to resorting to her gas powered generator. But this time she had made a mistake. She had less gas left than she thought, and the power outage lasted longer than expected.

Damn the governor! The grid has had problems for years. But in the 15 months since the election experts and people actually working in the field had spoken up louder and louder that he needed to act.

However: There were way more pressing problems plaguing his state than the grid. It was of utmost importance to address the bullshit discussion of bible claims versus evolution biology. Preach “family values” while committing adultery, fight the evil power of pronouns or claim that everything bad happening in the state was due to immigrants.

You might be onto something there, Governor Walter HEINRICHS, and Vice-Governor Anna KOWALSKY! Maybe some immigrants are indeed bad!

He might have been even more of a failed human being that the idiot president. How Melanie had ever supported any of the conservative politics was something she would ask herself for the rest of her life.

Latest news was that it would be another 24 to 48 hours before power was restored. It was 11:48 pm. Melanie decided she would go to bed and drive into town tomorrow to get gas. To late to do it now, too much work syphoning it from her car.

She took her flashlight and walked back into the house. As soon as she closed the door the hairs on her neck rose. Something wasn’t right. “Keep still and be quiet!” a raspy mans voice screamed at her. In response she shrieked even louder and started kicking. With the flashlight on the floor she could only see vague shapes but she managed to land a hit.

“Argh. Godammit you fucking bitch!”

The arms around her gripped her tighter, making it hard to draw breath. A big gloved hand smothered her mouth and nose.
“Be quiet!”
This second man’s voice was more calm, but also more menacing. She could feel is breath on her ear.
“Be quiet and you will get out of this”

Melanie still tried to fight but without air her resistance quickly withered away. The man held her until she calmed down and started seeing stars. She bucked involuntary in his grip, desperate for air. Would she die now? She collapsed to the floor as he finally released her. The fight was out of her for the moment.

A 360° degree battery lamp on the living room table bathed the room in cold white light. The men acted quickly. They took off her shoes, put leather cuffs round her wrists and attached them to each other. Melanie could now take a first look at her assailants. Dressed in all black, with gloves and masks and even sunglasses to hide their eyes.

“Please, take whatever you want” Melanie pleaded. After the initial shock fear kept her subdued. Both men carried knives on their belts, one had an electro-shocker, the other a gun.

“Oh, we will, don’t worry about that.” The big burly man that held her earlier said with a chuckle while rummaging through a bag “But didn’t I order you to be quiet?”
He produced a red ball gag and gave it to his slimmer companion.
Melanies eyes widened in shock “No please!” she said, barely above a whisper. “I will be quiet. No one will hear anyway”

“Better safe than sorry”
The silicone of the red ball pressed against her lips. The chemical stench of freshly unwrapped synthetics filled her nose. The burly man drew his knife and Melanie opened up without much fuss. She wanted to act. Every fibre in her demanded fight or flight. But with her eyes fixated on his bowie-knife she couldn’t bring herself to do it.

After the gag was buckled tight the man with the raspy voice pulled her up to her feet. Both men were much bigger than her, and much stronger. He lifted her like a doll. She didn’t have a chance before, and even less so now with her hands bound.

“She does have a mean kick” the man behind her said. Melanie squealed as the other pulled her sweat pants down. She had no intention of kicking again, but with her pants around her ankles it was impossible. Her heart was hammering against her ribs, she started to sweat all over despite the cool night. She felt very vulnerable with just a t-shirt and her panties on.

“Now, let’s talk business” the bigger man said after sheathing his knife. “What is the job of the Electoral College?”
WHAT?!?

The question came so much out of left field Melanie couldn’t even process it and just stared at him with a blank expression.

“Rethorical question of course” he said “I know, that YOU don’t know, so let me tell you: It is to enact the will of the American people”

No, its task is to elect the President and Vice-President

“So you might understand that I was mighty surprised when I read on the news that a certain Miss Melanie Keast did not do that”

Melanie was shocked and suddenly felt very weak in the knees. He was right and wrong at the same time. Yes, she did not cast her vote according to the ballot she herself was voted on. But she didn’t have to. Neither state nor federal law required her to do that. And she just couldn’t bring herself to do it. She had always considered herself center, leaning to conservative, but in the last two years her perspective had changed bit by bit. When time came to cast her vote she just couldn’t bring herself to cast it for the biggest moron in the country. And it didn’t matter one bit. The result was the same.

“So, after you thought it prudent to fuck the american people we decided to return the favour”

Now there is some interesting fallout concerning the topic. The electoral college has its very own issues. Very curious on how the story will be received. It’s written of course to your high standards.

With a title like Faithless, I went into the story expecting it to be about infidelity. I did not expect it to be about a faithless elector. That twist immediately grabbed my attention because it took the story in a direction I wasn't anticipating. Eagle and Star aren't random criminals either. They are people who genuinely think they are carrying out justice. And that's the scariest kind of villain.

Well. That was a very interesting direction that I did not anticipate. The title of Faithless did not lead me to think this was going to be a political rape fic regarding faithless electors….and yet, here we are

Now as for the politics, you mentioned Melanie was amidst a political metamorphosis, seeing the error of her ways in supporting a particular president so, I could bore you with a well rounded class and material analysis from an American’s perspective that would elaborate on how I believe nice people like Melanie get hoodwinked and swooped up into overly conservative ideologies but I suppose I’ll simply comment on the rape instead

I liked how Eagle and Star () forced her to “enjoy” their attention by loosening up her pussy with the vibrator. Very hot. It stirred the sub kink in me like a well mixed soup

I was also a fan of all the nipple torture and breast play! Can’t go wrong with some good ole titty slapping to brighten up someone’s day…unless you’re Melanie, in which case it did NOT brighten her day

Oh man, this is a top-tier contest. I'm really glad I'm allowed to award full points multiple times and don't have to personally choose a single winner.

A wonderful story. The misleading title has already been mentioned several times, but it really sets up an excellent twist. It's superbly written, engaging, and ends with a kind of small happy ending—or at least a glimmer of hope for the poor woman. Thank you very much for that.

Well, she wont be an elector for her former party again. But to my understanding not every state fined faithless electors and if then it is not a high sum.
But in germany we don't have electors, so I may have made a mistake

The names where assigned by Melanie because of their patches, but I contemplated them actually using those as codenames. But might have been a bit too comical.
But maybe they did, we just don't know

Yes, it is from Die Hard. I didn't want to use a simple "Wow!" or "Damn!"

I was thinking about them bringing nipple clamps. But I didn't want too clutter up the story too much.
A few hard slaps however would have been a nice touch in hindsight.

I see! Well to be honest I can’t speak for other states, but in mine, California, an electoral who refuses to vote will be replaced EXPEDITIOUSLY (like immediately cause we have to have a certain number of electoral votes in federal elections) and then they’re fined in the 1,000s of dollars, or they get JAIL TIME! because they actually make a pledge to obey the popular vote so the punishment is for breaking their oath and for ignoring the will of the people

And yusss!!! Die hard for the win! loved the quote drop! That’s one of my favorite Christmas movies

I am not sure but I don't think I ever watched Die Hard in full with all attention on the movie.
The third one I watched as a kid, second one I might have watched in full years ago.
