I've heard about these kinds of CnC arrangements before. So this was hardly surprising. Personally I found it more interesting than erotic (another reader not interested in trans stories, my taste, not a reflection on your writing).
It was interesting to think about the psychological difference between living out a rape fantasy in real life that "you" have arranged and believe you have at least some degree of control over. And finding yourself in a real situation that occurred as part of the set up you had arranged, though it isn't going the way you planned....
You are very much relying on the "good will" of the other people who agree to take part to follow "your" preferences etc.
I sometimes wonder about people who go dogging. If you and your partner are having sex in a car and enough people are standing around the car. there's little to stop them smashing a window and turning the "arranged" voyeuristic display into a full on gang rape, other than the unspoken agreement between the two groups... Hmmm.

As someone under the trans umbrella (nonbinary) and very much connected with the trans and queer community, there's some stuff relating to gender-fuckery mixed up in the emotional reasons why I'd be involved in a site like this... So, I was very interested to see a trans character at the centre. And the "Planned a fake rape but then gets jumped by actual rapist(s)" trope is such a classic.

There's a few points others have mentioned, but this was a good read for the most part.
