Re: We need Ravipedia!?
I think I prefer just a subforum and we can limit it to all authors can create threads and pillars can post? And we can then keep an eye on it to make sure the content is useful, also if authors want to be only poster maybe there is some permission to lock ones own thread and unlock it that we can enable? Or to be moderator of own thread? But I also think an author can just ask to not have people post if they want that. I also feel like it could be interesting to gave comments on q whole story universe myself not just factual things in universe, we can then have fan theories

I'd like the Academy to have this option, and I suppose this approach --LaLia wrote: Sat Jun 06, 2026 10:54 am Just a quick explanation for anyone who missed it in the chat: I’m currently planning Season 2 of my story "Das Internat" and realizing just how extensive the world-building has become. I started thinking about how I could provide readers with a quick overview—covering the various characters, the plot so far, and so on.
That’s how I came up with the idea for a thread structured like a Wikipedia entry: a list of characters with brief descriptions, locations, summaries of the seasons, and links to the individual seasons or spin-off stories.

Re: We need Ravipedia!?
Here's my thought as I would roughly imagine it regarding the structure. I did it in one post, but in itself there would be several:
--------------------------------------
Thread title
1st post
Basic description (i.e. what all areas of Wikipedia begin with) as a short introduction and, if necessary, important preliminary information, tags, trigger warning, etc.
After that comes everything that is in the box on the right at Wiki. So smaller information etc.
Plot, seasons, episode guide, etc.
Links
2nd post
List of people etc.
3rd post
List of other things (places, institutions, titles and peoples, etc.)
---------------------------------
As a rough structure, the 2nd and 3rd posts could also be swapped with each other. Maybe a fourth post with information, announcements or the footnote principle.
