A hot -- not all kinks represented are mine, I admit! -- and well-written story! It's creative, the ending is unexpected indeed and arguably adds little to the story, but, well, swerves happen!

Great story for a first time!
One thing I would suggest for such a story, at the beginning, when the live stream is starting, I would include on the screen, something that says "Minimum price for requests is $1000" or something to that effect. Then we get an idea of the exclusivity of such a live stream. Someone makes a request and pays $10 grand, and the next guy only pays $2 grand. Shockingly, she feels disappointed someone would pay only $2000 to see something happen. "Dammit, I'm worth more than that!" she would think.
But a really awesome story, I like your writing style, and the pacing seemed to move along well. I hope to read another of your stories soon.
