My only criticism is that I can't tell from the text what she actually did to the last ork.

I was intentionally vague, but I thought it was obvious enough.

The repulsion spell pushes things away, and can be forcefull enough to crush bones and send people flying. (As seen with the orcs)
She changes the direction of the spell inwards.

Shortly after he is killed, by sword.

Definitely captured my attention. A hand job for orc was briefly mentioned then skipped over. I hope the pussy eating in chapter 2 has more details!
