I liked this one. You definitely win in regards to having the story with the most creative twist in the contest. 
I was wondering what made you go with bullied nerd as the character that gets transformed and raped? My mind naturally goes to turning one of the bullies and rapists themselves into a girl and giving them some of their own medicine, possibly at the hands of his own friends.

Out of the four entries, this one I had some difficulty with.
As others have pointed out:
It is certainly creative and the text is well written.
In the beginning I was thinking of ways this one would go, but could never have anticipated this.
The sex change kink is not particulary mine, but it is one I can very well get behind.
This could also be the starting point of a revenge story with Sarah and Emily on the recieving end.
Maybe even turn the tables on the boys (who will then be girls) too. I would read that.
What took me out of it was the sudden twist from a real world story into fantasy.
Without it, it would have just been another run of the mill rape story, so no complaint there.
But college girls can just do this with a pill without explanation?
I even considered you would have Sam wake up in the end and leave it open if it really happened or if it was just a weird drug induced dream.
