Not entirely sure about some details.
How Lexi found the story is plausible, but somehow appears a bit construed. Might just be me.
You had me confused with the story inside the story. Didn't know what to make of that at first, but in the end it worked out.
Overall: Good entry.

Did you consider including a call back to the story during the real sex scene. Something simple like Lexi saying "Take me from behind like in your story, Tim!"? I think that could have been a nice callback.

Second that.
I was expecting her to wear that red bikini under her dress.
But that might have led to a heart attack for him

Don't ask me why ... but that little detail didn't even occur to me!
