Monica Bellucci getting it in Irréversible is my favorite classic rape scene. Story has it that many women walked out of the showing at Cannes for that one, it's so unnecessarily gratuitous.
I can see that, but then again it’s not meant to be enjoyable. There is rarely a depiction of rape, that is more disturbing and distressing. I can only think of Gutterball and the endless rapes in the original I spit on your grave.
I know, it’s not meant to be enjoyable. But whenever somebody has something bad happen to them on screen, I can’t help but think “that’s somebody’s fetish.” Probably mine.
Also Monica Belluci. If she’s in a movie only the most impossibly degenerate scene would fail to turn me on.
Lots of good mentions above. A few that have stuck with me over the years:
1- A Clockwork Orange - the home invasion scene where Alex and his gang attack the very hot (to me, as she's always reminded me of my wife) Adrienne Corri is a big go to. A rape scene done by a master film maker.
2- Death Wish 2 - the rape of the Latina house maid by the gang of thugs looking for Charles Bronson is an over the top scene for sure, but I've always been drawn to the attempted rape of the tourist wife in the
parking garage. Unfortunately Mr. Bronson shows up and prevents her from getting a treatment similar to the maid.
3- Rape of Love (L'Amour Viole') - very hot scene of a gorgeous Nathalie Nell being ravaged multiple times by a gang of French hoodlums. Humiliation on tap if that's your thing.
4- Turning To Stone (or Concrete Hell) - believe it was a Canadian production, possibly even made for TV. A "B" flick for sure, but the scene where the innocent female inmate is set up and attacked by the prison butch
is extremely hot for me. No nudity but the assault is very realistic.
5- Albino - the great body of Sybil Danning on display in a war torn African country as she is burned out of her house, stripped and raped by a crazy revolutionary.
I'll stop at that, as with most everyone the are plenty more.
Will add one rather obscure one that someone might find interesting. The flick title is "Reaper's Revenge" (or Danger Zone 2). A police officer's girlfriend is abducted by a gang seeking revenge, she's a cutie
(Jane Higginson), the rape is implied but the scene is a turn on. It can be found on motherless.com if you search for "Danger Zone 11".
I haven't seen Baise Moi mentioned here yet - French-language film with a sort of ultra-violent Thelma & Louise plot, starts with a brutal rape of the two friends. I've only seen the censored UK version (parts of the rape were cut to get classification) but even that is very violent and shockingly hot.
It's another one that's clearly meant to be upsetting.
I have a suggestion. Would anybody who posted here be interested in going through all the posts and create a list of links to the imdb pages of all the movies mentioned? I could add that to the first post and it might turn this thread into a resource for people that's actually helpful.

I think there are already tons of lists online. I don't know if it would be worth the effort!

The second one can often found as “never die alone” I never knew they were supposed to be wives as they don’t look old enough for that, clearly young adults. The scene you refer to is indeed something special in length and variety.
A life-changing event for me was the rape porno scene in The Howling, and another was Once Upon A Time in America, which features both rapeplay and actual (fictional) rape. A very hot, intense scene where Elizabeth McGovern is totally exposed and humiliated.
