The story has some problems but it seems to get some people's heads whirring. I'm very happy that it's inspired other writers. I've been very lucky to write more than one story that's done that!
On that note I should acknowledge that the seed of the idea for this story probably came from TDM (aka chauncygardner)'s sci-fi rape story Future Door. Not that they're very similar stories in the end!
